We manufacture and supply agarbatti, dhoop sticks, and related fragrance products.
Product specifications, images, packaging, and descriptions are for reference only and may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
Payments must be made in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are delivered to the shipping carrier.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with import regulations.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
